GML Apeti tablets contains only cyproheptadine with no Lysine
GML Apeti Tablets may be used as a vitamin source to promote healthy weight gain. Apetamin Syrup can also be purchased if you prefer a liquid formulation. As a health supplement, please use care when taking.

Directions
The Tablets should be taken by mouth either with or without water.
Take one tablet before food three times a day.
